It’s not a fire sale, just good deals on some great domain names. I’ve had several of these domains for decades, so they are very well aged. Some are still in use.
Do me a favor and simply contact me with your offer. We can talk about it. I’ll start listing on auction sites soon and update this page as I sell each domain.

For over the last two and a half decades I worked in data centers, repairing servers and network equipment. When I had time, I repaired office printers and even created a video program to help teach IT teams how to repair the printers in their offices. And now, I am looking forward to taking it a little easy and travelling some.
I pulled up a few domain name “estimators” to get an idea about the value of each domain name. I was amazed how different the estimated prices were, so I took one that was sort of a bit below the middle as a place to start. If you inquire here, we can work things out between us directly. I will also start posting auctions.
You will notice that I have several that have both the .com and .net top level domains. I always thought it was a good idea to do what I could to limit competitors and scammers from “borrowing” my efforts to establish a presence. A couple domains even have four variations.
The prices the estimator shows are just an example. In many cases, the names are far more valuable that the estimator can imagine. Using an AI engine I created selling prices for each domain pair. So, if you are interested in any one or more, let’s talk. Fill out the contact form and I’ll respond as soon as possible.
Lastly, I’m going to price .com, .net pair purchases more favorably than selling the individual domain names. It just makes sense that they go together.
ACUKIT.COM and ACUKIT.NET

AcuKit is aged over 17 years. My previous wife started in acupuncture school and ended up having to buy a bunch of different supplies from multiple sources. She mentioned that it would be handy for new students to buy a “kit” that included everything needed. And so, AcuKit was born. However, I was too busy to build it and it was never used for its original purpose. Acu and kit can be abbreviations for many words.
Both AcuKit domains package $4,267
GOWHOLESOME.COM and .NET

GoWholesome is aged over 18 years. I wanted to build an online business and thought wholesome food and products would be a great option. Again, I was too busy to build it and it was never used for its original purpose.
Both GoWholesome domains package $29,877
GLOBALPRODUCTSOURCING.COM and .NET

GlobalProductSourcing is aged over 22 years. By now you can probably see a pattern. I was always trying to get my hands into things to make money online. I used GlobalProductSourcing only one time to bring in a half container of pocket bikes (remember those?). Again, I was too busy to build it any further and it was never used beyond that first time.
Both GlobalProductSourcing domains package $5,217
ILeanRight.COM and .NET

ILeanRight is only aged a little over 5 years. I cranked this up before the US 2020 presidential election, as a blog for conservative leaning articles. There are a couple funny stories associated with this, if you are interested. The site came down right after the 2020 election. However, I may dust it off and put it to work again as I am waiting to sell it. As any domain becomes popular, the intrinsic value increases on a scale of traffic to the site. As the site is monetized you can expect frequent price adjustments.
Both ILeanRight domains package, currently $12,447
MainStreetMiracle.COM and .NET

MainStreetMiracle is aged over 12 years. I am building this out right now as a possible source of retirement income. As any domain becomes popular, the intrinsic value increases on a scale of traffic to the site. As the site is monetized you can expect frequent price adjustments.
Both MainStreetMiracle domains package, currently $9,387
MainStreetMiracles.COM and .NET

MainStreetMiracles is aged over 12 years. I am building this out right now as a possible source of retirement income. As any domain becomes popular, the intrinsic value increases on a scale of traffic to the site. As the site is monetized you can expect frequent price adjustments.
Both MainStreetMiracles domains package, currently $8,987
MyTechGuru.COM and .NET

MyTechGuru is aged over 24 years. My Tech Guru was my business name and my bread and butter for the better part of the last two and a half decades. From personal experience, I can tell you that this domain was catchy and recognizable. It was probably worth more a decade ago than it is today because I haven’t updated or maintained it in several years.
Both MyTechGuru domains package, currently $23,197
MyTechSuccess.COM and .NET

MyTechSuccess is aged over 21 years. I used MyTechSuccess as an affiliate referral portal to refer traffic to technical training programs back in the day. I probably still could use this domain as a reseller pretty easy. I was too busy to build it any further and it was never used beyond that first time.
Both MyTechSuccess domains package, currently $12,447
MyInstantMortgage.COM and .NET

MyInstantMortgage is aged over 25 years. I used MyInstantMortgage as an affiliate referral portal to refer traffic to a couple mortgage brokers back in the day. I might still be able to use this domain as a referrer, but I would need to check out the current regulations. After starting My Tech Guru, I was too busy to build it any further and it was never used beyond that first time.
Both MyInstantMortgage domains package, currently $18,817
PrinterCoach.COM and .NET

PrinterCoach is aged over 17 years. I used PrinterCoach to sell basic training on printer repair. I even developed and produced a video training program that I sold online. When I started this site and program, few IT departments knew how to maintain their office printers. It may be the same today. Like My Tech Guru, it was probably worth more a decade ago than it is today because I haven’t updated or maintained it in several years.
Both PrinterCoach domains package, currently $14,888
ProspectPowerPro.COM and .NET

ProspectPowerPro is aged over 10 years. I used ProspectPowerPro to resurrect the auto-responder service started under the Site Steering name years earlier. This auto-responder was originally designed to send SMS, MMS, and voice messages using a single message stream. However, it was ultimately another casualty of time and development money, so it was little used.
Both ProspectPowerPro domains package, currently $11,704
SalesFunnelsUSA.COM and .NET

SalesFunnelsUSA is aged over 6 years. I used SalesFunnelsUSA as the covid pandemic was beginning, as a way to supplement my income. It turned out that IT work didn’t take that big of a hit during covid, so I only dealt with a handful of customers under SalesFunnelsUSA. The old site is still up, but it hasn’t been updated or used in five years.
Both SalesFunnelsUSA domains package, currently $6,613
SalesFunnelUSA.COM and .NET

This is another example of quad domains as a method of traffic generation and avoiding similar named competitors. SalesFunnelUSA is aged over 6 years. I used SalesFunnelUSA as the covid pandemic was beginning, as a way to supplement my income. It turned out that IT work didn’t take that big of a hit during covid, so I only dealt with a handful of customers under SalesFunnelsUSA. The old site is still up, but it hasn’t been updated or used in five years.
Both SalesFunnelUSA domains package, currently $5,723
SiteSteering.COM and .NET

SiteSteering is aged over 19 years. I used SiteSteering as an email autoresponder service. Again, because I was so busy with the IT business, lack of maintenance and promotion led most subscribers to greener pastures. Like My Tech Guru, it was probably worth more a decade ago than it is today because I haven’t updated or maintained it in several years. Having said that, the domain valuation models can’t seem to capture the inherent value of this domain name. Back when I was using this domain, it was as catchy and recognizable as MyTechGuru and incredibly easy to SEO.
Both SiteSteering domains package, currently $36,115
Here are a few oddballs that I picked up for specific uses and just hung onto them.

TitleTrackers.COM

TitleTrackers is another example where AI domain valuation doesn’t grasp the keyword value. Apparently over 21 years ago, my wife was talking about going to work in the residential title business. I ran across this domain name and picked it up. I never used it but also never wanted to let it go. The potential keyword value is very high through several industries.
